Key Responsibilities

Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management

Perform complex financial modelling work for new investment acquisitions, as well as for ongoing asset management and development decision making processes

Analyse the viability of asset and development management initiatives and monitor the ongoing performance of investments

Spearhead the annual budgeting process

Lead the quarterly valuations exercise including maintenance of valuation models

Assist with preparation of board papers and financial analysis supporting key decisions

Builds and maintain relationships to acquire market insights from internal and external sources, such as lenders, valuers, brokers and research professionals

Contribute to the development of specialised research on the real estate market pertaining to geographic markets of interest and property types

Qualifications and Skills

Relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields

Financially numerate with excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, including the ability to build a complex cash flow model from scratch which incorporates equity and debt

Outstanding modelling skills and financial analysis (essential)

Prior real estate experience (essential)

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills

Good organisational skills and ability to run a variety of tasks at once

Good organisational/time management skills and rigorous eye for detail
