We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Digital Communications & Marketing Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Digital Communications & Marketing Specialist to join our team, having the following main responsibilities:

-         Develop an overall digital communications strategy for the company

-         Preparation for events the company participates in

-         Write digital content for company’s products

-         Create and schedule relevant content about the company and its products on social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook)

-         Manage company website, including library of images and videos

-         Ensure digital content is always engaging, topical/up-to-date and relevant (both B2B and B2C cases)

-         Work with the team to create blogs, thought leadership pieces and case studies and maintain the contents pipeline

-         Establish and maintain systems to report and evaluate the company's digital platforms, products and campaigns (e.g. through dedicated KPIs)

-         Keep up-to-date with current digital trends and developments and ensure to remain timely and current in company's use of digital media

-         Ensure the Marketing team's contacts are kept up to date on the database

 Skills & experience

Required:

-         Degree (e.g. MSc) in Communication, Marketing or similar

-         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native level)

-         Confident user of WordPress and social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook

-         Basic (at least) knowledge of Web/Social Marketing

-         Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise

-         Self-driven, able to work as part of a team and/or independently, good attention for details

-         Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-         Eligible to live and work in the UK

 Nice to have:

-         Experience in communications and media (e.g. journalist background)

-         Experience managing social media like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook (e.g. organic and paid campaigns)

-         Website development and SEO skills

-         Good written and verbal communication skills in one or more non-English languages
