Diamond has recently launched Microsoft Project Online as part of a significant business change programme; with the aim of improving our resource management and the delivery of both Project and operational activities, and this role will aid and support our ongoing operation of the software.
As Project Online Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting Diamond’s Microsoft Project Online application and infrastructure, its future development, as well as software implementation and upgrades.
Joining the IT Helpdesk, in this exciting new role, you will provide the technical expertise to diagnose and fix reported faults, manage Project Online user access, permissions, security and configuration/interaction with other Office 365 products, primarily SharePoint.
Your responsibility will also extend to developing and supporting reports and Power BI modules. You will be expected to establish a change control process and train users in Project Online functionality.
