Issue 2: 5th November 2020
In line with the Government’s new regulations effective from Thursday 5th November 2020, Harwell Campus Management recommends that Campus organisations focus on protecting the health of employees and limiting the spread of the virus, by adopting Covid-19 policies that are in line with the latest public health guidance. Details here: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
It is important to note that Harwell Campus is engaged in many important Covid-19 related activities so key workers will continue with this work and will be present on Campus. As a Campus community, we need to minimise the risk to these people to protect the valuable work they are doing so please consider if your own visits to campus are essential.
On Campus, amenities will adapt as necessary, with take outs only available from Pierreponts and Bloomers. The gym will be running outdoor sessions only and McColls will remain open as normal.
Over the last months, the Campus Management Team has been taking extreme care to ensure maximum safety for campus personnel by introducing social distancing signage, sanitising points. physical “fit-out”, layout, circulation routes and hygiene guidance and measures.
Our own team will be working remotely from Thursday 5th November, except for essential visits only. The team can be reached via email which can be found on the Team page of the website, www.harwellcampus.com
If you are unsure what measures to take or how to implement any changes needed please contact us for further advice at Contact@HarwellCampus.com so that we can ensure that Harwell Campus remains a safe environment for all.
We continue to thank everyone for your efforts and careful consideration of others, both inside and outside of the workplace.
