After the announcement of the Government’s National Lockdown, Harwell Campus Management recommends that campus organisations focus on protecting the health of their employees and limiting the spread of the virus, by adopting Covid-19 policies that are in line with the latest public health guidance.
It’s important to note that Harwell Campus is engaged in many important Covid-19 related activities, so some people will be present on campus. Please find information and guidance on how to stay safe at work here.
If you are working or volunteering in a role where you have close contact to people outside of your home you can now book a free rapid test, even if you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms. You can book a test at one of three centres in Banbury, Wantage & Oxford City. Regular testing helps to stop the spread of the virus and help saves lives. The test only takes 15 minutes, please book here.
On campus, amenities have adapted as necessary, take outs are available from Bloomers and Pierreponts cafe has closed until further notice. McColl’s remains open as normal and The Fitness Experts is running virtual classes you can sign up here.
Our own team is currently working remotely, with the exception of essential visits to the office only. The team can be reached via email which can be found on the team page of the website, www.harwellcampus.com.
If you are unsure what measures to take or how to implement any changes needed please contact us for further advice at Contact@HarwellCampus.com so that we can ensure Harwell Campus remains a safe environment for all.
We continue to thank everyone for your efforts and careful consideration of others, both inside and outside of the workplace including wearing masks and maintaining social distancing from others.
