Help celebrate National Fitness Day by partaking in a series of events that are designed to be fun and healthy.
The following events will take place on 25th of September:
HLRA - 12.00 until 14.00
120 minute rounders challenge. No need to book, just turn up, talk to a rep and join in.
The Fitness Experts - 06:15 until 20:15
14 hours of free fitness throughout the day (hourly), including group exercise sessions, strength training classes and personal training sessions.
Endeavour Personal Training - 12.00 until 14.00
1 to 1 and couples training, circuit style bootcamp and two free Pilates taster lessons.
Pierreponts - 08:30 until 15:30
Complementary healthy smoothies and protein packed power balls to sample.
